Facts, allegations, and opinion
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, leaked cables, news paraphrases, and opinion are labeled as such. A news story is not a finding of guilt. A Wiesenthal Center list is not a court. A WikiLeaks cable is a leaked U.S. embassy dispatch, not a conviction. Heusgen’s words are Heusgen’s.
